It is important to note that we were not influenced by external opinions. The work on the decipherment was carried out in a completely neutral manner. This allowed the entire process to be conducted professionally using the very latest methods, even though they were computationally intensive and required significant development effort on our part. The result provides a very good insight into the events surrounding the Roswell incident. Not only that, but the content of the document also made it possible to determine the place where it was created.

We are currently working on completing the written documentation as well as the technical documentation of the process in order to finalize the publication.

What can be stated in advance: There are essentially two main interpretations of the events in question:

According to the official account, a weather balloon crashed, or, as later reported in the 1990s, it was part of Project Mogul. An alternative, unofficial view suggests that an extraterrestrial craft crashed and that the debris, along with the bodies of its crew, was recovered and the entire incident subsequently covered up.

What can be said is that the complete content of the memo provides significant insight into what occurred at the time, representing a milestone in its decipherment.
